PBES is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of parents and community members. The principal runs the everyday operations of the school. The Board is responsible for all aspects of the operations of the school including, but not limited to, transportation, food services, human resources, capital movements, etc. The Board of Directors is required to meet quarterly, though typically meets every 4th Monday of each month.
